Respiration Training

I was told today that it is possible that I may have to have wheelchair training - essentially, how to push something. I'm glad that the help is there. I've been struggling all of my life so far. Doors present a real problem.

Why are you involved in wheelchairing? Who have you crippled this time, or is this part of your community service?

As part of volunteering at Addenbrooke's, one of the things I might get to do is push people arond in a wheelchair. Which is something that I need to be taught to do. Because it is very, very hard indeed. Almost impossible. Even Einstein struggled, I'm told.

Well, as we know, at hospitals the wheels on wheelchairs are square (for health and safety reasons - patients could roll into discarded sandwiches if unattended). So don't think it's gonna be all easy peasy. Think of doing brain surgery with a toaster.
